We begin with a phone conversation to learn about your project, discussing objectives and budget

• Generally, visits are set during the normal work day Monday through Friday        
• If at your home we review the project and the budget still meets your needs, we take measurements and digital pictures of the renovation area

• We will create an initial design in the form of a floor plan for additions
• In the case of kitchens, baths and certain interior renovations, we will create 3-D elevations as well at no charge – larger, complex projects requiring design prior to pricing will incur a design fee
• We will create an estimate and specifications for that design
• We will invite you to our Remodeling Design Center for a review of our initial work

• Set a time for you to visit us so you can see how we do business
• Present to you our preliminary design
• Share with you our project specifications and estimate based on the information you have provided
• Walk you through the selection options you have in our Design Center that will raise/lower the price
• Often, revisions are made in that meeting as discussions take place
